Tailgating at Cleveland Browns Stadium
There are a number of lots near Cleveland Browns Stadium that allow for tailgating before the game. Tailgating is, after all, a Cleveland Browns tradition. The Cleveland Municipal Lot is the most popular place to head to before the game.
- An official tailgate party is hosted by the Cleveland Browns at the northern enclosure for all ticketholders starting two hours prior to the game.
- Unofficial tailgating happens starting early in the morning at most parking lots.
- Cleveland Municipal parking lot on Marginal is the most acclaimed unofficial tailgate party.
- While tailgating happens, you can get into trouble if you get to rowdy or cause problems for other vehicles.
Cleveland Browns Stadium Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is available in the Gateway East Garage and Collection Auto Group Centre Garage, with access to the stadium from there. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles must display proper credentials to be allowed to park in a handicapped zone.
Public Transit to Cleveland Browns Stadium
The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) bus system
Check out the DCA website for information about bus routes and the HealthLine. Outlying areas can get into downtown using the HealthLine, which operates 24 hours a day.
Rapid Transit Rail
Downtown Cleveland has three rail lines that carry people into and throughout Downtown. All rail lines meet at the main terminal at Tower City Center. Check out their RTA Routes when planning your trip to Cleveland Browns Stadium via rail.
Free Downtown Trolleys
Park anywhere downtown and take a trolley to the game!
E-Line Trolley serves the Warehouse District on W 9 and W 6 streets, Public Square and Tower City, the Entertainment District on E 4 Street, the theatres in PlayhouseSquare, Cleveland State University, and other commercial spots on Lower Euclid Avenue.
The B-Line circles Superior and Lakeside Avenues between W 6 Street in the Warehouse District and E 12 Street. It serves the State Office Building, Public Square and Tower City, Cleveland Public Library, the Convention Center, Cleveland City Hall, the Federal Office Building, Cuyahoga County offices and many other commercial locations.
Operates 7 am – 7 pm Monday through Friday.
