American Airlines Center is well suited for an influx of drivers attending events at the venue. Over 5,000 official parking spaces are located within a short distance of the arena. These lots open 2 hours before the start of the event, and prohibit tailgating. Both cash and credit cards are accepted at the lots.

Tailgating at the American Airlines Center
Tailgating is not permitted at the American Airlines Center or any of its official parking lots.
There are specialty bars in the the arena, including: Jack Daniels Old No.7 Club, The Dump Lounge, El Jimador Tequila Bar, and a non-alcoholic Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant for the kids.
American Airlines Center Handicap Parking
Handicap Parking located in Lot F, a Blue Lot, and AudiPark with a pre-paid parking pass or with cash.
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) offers transportation services for guests with disabilities through the Paratransit Division. For information concerning these services, contact DART at 214-515-7272
Public Transit to the American Airlines Center
Service to Victory Station at American Airlines Center

- Green Line: every 10-30 minutes, 7 days a week
- Red Line or Blue Line: Ride to the West End Station and transfer to a westbound Green Line Train
- Prior to select American Airlines Center events, Red and Blue line trains go directly to Victory Station. Keep a look-out for overhead destination signs that read, “Victory Station.”
Trinity Railway Express (TRE) For all events take the TRE to Victory Station from any station between Fort Worth’s T&P Station and Dallas’ Union Station (no Sunday service.) Check schedule information.
Bus Route 49 From Rosa Parks Plaza at Elm and Lamar (near the West End Station on the Green, Blue and Red Light Rail Line), board Route 49 and ride to the Houston at Payne bus stop. Route operates seven days a week.
