FedExField is located east of downtown Washington D.C. in Landover, Maryland. The stadium has 82,000 seats for thousands of game day spectators. fedEx Field’s suburban location means that space for parking is ample. There are several official parking lots surrounding the stadium. Official parking spaces are limited on game day and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
FedExField Parking Options
There are several official parking lots surrounding FedExField. The panoramic spread of parking lots means that finding a parking space is easy regardless of the direction that you’re coming from. These lots are available first to season ticket holders, and tough to come by on gameday. Alternatively, you can reserve parking in advance at an off-site lot within easy walking distance of the stadium. Redzone: The Redzone lot is the ideal place to tailgate. The parking spaces are extra wide. This lot opens 1 hour earlier than the others.

Tailgating at FedExField
- Tailgating activities in stadium-controlled parking lots is permitted, but must end thirty minutes after the start of the event.
- Cooking is not permitted within two feet of vehicles.
- For charcoal cooking, only self-starting briquettes; no lighter fluid is permitted.
- For propane cooking, there is a twenty-pound tank limit and the canister must be mounted to the grill assembly.
- All fires must be contained and supervised at all times.
Handicap Parking at FedExField
FedExField offers accessible parking for guests who display the valid state-issued disability placard and/or driver’s license. Two accessible parking areas are located close to the stadium; in addition, it is also available in the Gray Lot (a cash-only lot) on Brightseat Road. Public Transit to FedExField
FedExField can be reached using the Metrorail system. Take the Blue Line to the Morgan Boulevard Metro Station, which is located on Garrett Morgan Boulevard and is within one mile of FedExField.
