Tailgating at Ford Field
Eastern Market – This expansive, historic market is the consensus hub of Detroit Lions tailgating and first timers to the stadium will not want to miss out on this fan experience. The market is a 10-minute walk away from Ford Field, but also runs a shuttle to the stadium every 15-minutes for $5. Parking here is $10 on game-days, but tailgating costs $40 total. Passes can be purchased online or at the market’s office on game day.
Greektown – This neighborhood is home to many open surface lots that will allow for game day tailgating. Prices typically range from $15-$20, but can run higher for bigger games.
