Overwhelmed by the prospects of finding parking around Miami? Let us help you through it! Our comprehensive guide will give you everything you need to know – from parking locations, prices, and directions to tailgating tips and things to do before and after the game.

Marlins Park, completed in 2012, is home to the Miami Marlins, and is one of the newer ballparks in major league baseball. While this stadium has a relatively small capacity, its proximity to downtown Miami means parking can turn into a nightmare.

The Home Plate Garage, Third Base Garage, the East 1, West 1 and West 2 lots are prepaid parking ONLY. All remaining lots are available for purchase on gameday.

Prepaid parking passes for the 2020 regular season will go on sale to the general public in early March 2020.

Tailgating at Marlins Park

  • Tailgating is prohibited in the onsite garages at Marlins Park.
  • Fans often gather off stadium property in the neighborhoods surround Marlins Park.

Public Transit to Marlins Park

Metrorail Express Shuttle Service to Marlins Park from Culmer Station Park anywhere along the Miami-Dade Metrorail system, exit at Culmer Station and take the Express Shuttle to the ballpark. Shuttles from 90 minutes prior to the game to 60 minutes after the game. Travel time is typically less than 10 minutes. Metrorail Fare Cards can be used. Cost is $5.65.

Pedestrian and Bicycle Traffic Bicycle parking stations are free on the ground level of the Third Base Garage and the Home Plate Garage.

Marlins Park Handicap Parking

ADA Accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis within the four On-Site parking garages and the following surface lots: West 1, West 2, East 1, East 2 and East 3.

Surface Lot W3 is used as a community baseball field on non-game days and the surface lot is a grass field not suited for ADA Parking.
